Using Keyboard Shortcuts

The IFS Cloud includes various keyboard shortcuts that you can use throughout the system.

How To Access Key Board Shortcuts 

You can access a list of all the available keyboard shortcuts within IFS Cloud Web:

Via Applications Menu:

Click on the Applications Menu tile on the Navigation Bar and click on the Keyboard Shortcuts button.

Co-Pilot

Via Help Panel

Click on the Help Panel Icon located on the Navigation Bar, then go to Help tab and navigate to the Actions section. From there, click on the Keyboard Shortcuts button.

Using Short Key

Use Shift + ? key combination.

Performing any of the above actions will open a pop-up window where you can find a comprehensive list of all the keyboard shortcuts supported within the IFS Cloud.

The table below outlines the shortcuts and their expected outcomes in IFS Cloud.

Description
M Key Navigator Menu  Opens the Navigator Menu
F Key

Move the focus to Find Page section in the Navigator Menu. If the Navigator menu is closed, pressing the F key will open the Navigator Menu with the focus on the Find Page section.

H Key Home Page Directs you to Home Page.
R Key Recent Screens  Directs you to Recently Visited page.
Slash Key Search Pane

When you are in an IFS cloud page which supports page search functionality, you can use this short key to open Page Search Pane.

B Key Bookmarks  Move the focus to Bookmark Icon, you can use arrow keys to navigate in bookmarks bar.
Ctrl + Up Record Selector Move up on the Record Selector.
Ctrl + Down Move down on the Record Selector.
Alt + N Table Create a new record in a Table.
Alt + S Save the record in a Table.
Dot Button IFS Cloud Commands View all the commands associated with the current IFS Cloud page.
Tab Key   Move among commands in an IFS Cloud page (from left to right).  
Shift + Tab Key Move among commands in an IFS Cloud page (from right to left).   
Escape Key Cancel your current action
