In Applicant - Admin page you can see a sub-menu as Qualifications to enter Work Experience, Education, Competencies, Certificates and Skills and Acheivements for external applicants. For Internal Applicants, Work Experience, Education, Competencies and Certificates information are replicated from Personal File. Modification to the data can only be made in Personal File or Employee File of the relevant Internal Applicant. Record(s) entered in Work Experience and Education sections will be displayed in the summary section of the applicant. For Competencies and Certificates, only valid record(s) will be displayed in the summary section.
'Skills and Achievements' section allows you to enter free text to include qualifications / skills which are not available in the other sections. Records indicated as Top Skills will be displayed in the summary section.
Some of the fields in Qualifications section depends on the Qualifications basic data setup in IFS Cloud. Some fields like 'School' allows you to add free texts in order to facilitate a flexibility to add data. However make sure to use basic data if you want to transfer the correct values to Employee File.
To perform this activity, an Applicant record should be created by adding basic Information.
As a result of this activity, Qualifications will be added to the Applicant.
