Register / Modify General Risk Assessment Details

Explanation

This activity is used to register or modify details for a particular risk assessment.

Use can modify the Risk assessment name, Location and Sub Location, Organization and Site Manager information if required.

In order to perform this activity:

Locations and sub-locations are required to be already defined in the Location Basic Data.
Risk Assessment is required to be in any active status.
