Register Incident Information

Explanation

This activity is used to register an incident which has caused an injury/illness to personnel and/or damages to property. Registration of an incident can be done using the New Incident. It is also possible to use the My Incident Details or Incident Management (For Admin users) directly in order to register new incident cases.

User can register the general details of the incident, such as the type and description of the incident, the substances involved, the date and time at which the incident occurred etc. in this step.

When entering the Personnel Injuries and Illnesses, under the Injured Persons there are 2 types;

1. Internal - Specify IDs of internal persons or IDs of employees- for company people.
2. External - Specify the persons, not employed by the company, enter name and surname in the relevant fields that were injured due to the incident.

Use Connected To to register any objects related to the reported incident. Objects are items in the application that can be relevant to the incident, e.g., different incident case, a work order, a shop order or a plan for counseling.
Available objects have to be configured in the Object Connections window.

You can use the Object Details option on a connected object to open the page with the object information. For example, performing this action on a connected incident will take you to the relevant Incident where you can view the incident details.
