Add Notes to Employee Travel Plan

Explanation

This activity is used to enter additional comments for the travel plan. When the status of the travel plan is changed, you can enter notes relevant to each status change.

You can use the edit option to enter notes to the Travel Plan Expense line. If you need to enter a new note use the Notes option and the date and the status will already be entered in the note.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a travel plan is required to be registered in the Travel Request.
