Register Performance Status

Explanation

Use Performance Status to register status values for employee evaluation (e.g. Initial, Planned, Ongoing, Completed). Status in the evaluation process helps to identify the different stages of performance evaluation. Also, it is used to restrict self access as specified in the Employee Access Setup window.

Get Defaults button can be used to select the defaults values given by the system.
