Register Performance Ratings

Explanation

Use Performance Ratings to register employee performance ratings (e.g. Excellent, Good, Average, Poor) in the Rating field. This rating is used to indicate an employee's performance connected to the objectives, activities and general performance assigned to the employee. In the Rank field, enter the a numerical value.

Get Defaults button can be used to select the defaults values given by the system.
