Register Performance Indicator 

Explanation

Use Performance Indicator to indicate how an employee has performed. The basic data will show what nominal value an employee should have, averaged over a period of time, to be graded for a particular Performance Index.

In the Performance Index field, enter the description of how an employee performs, e.g. Poor, Average, Good, Exceptional. In the Minimum Value field, enter the minimum amount of points that an employee has to receive in order to qualify for the performance index you are creating. In the Maximum Value field, enter the maximum amount of points that an employee has to receive in order to qualify for the performance index you are creating. Select the Minimum/ Maximum Value Included option if you want the range for the performance index nominal value to include the specified minimum/maximum value.
