Use Career Advancement Types to define descriptions of how the employee is validated. The description is a combination of how the employee has performed and how the employee's supervisor defines the employee's potential for advancement. Examples of definitions could be Star, Solid Citizen, and Learner.
A Star is an employee who has performed well and has great advancement potential. A Solid Citizen is an employee who has performed well but has advancement potential. A Learner is an employee who has performed acceptably and needs more time to develop before advancing.
You can define the Career Advancement Types used by the organization and select the desired color (e.g. green to represent a Star and orange to represent a Learner).
There are no prerequisites.
