Use Development Plan to record how an employee should be able achieve the Career Plan. Enter development area, time frame, and suggested method to achieve the development.
You can also use the Development Plan to manage and view development plans of employees. Plans are presented as a Timeline, and clicking on a timeline dot will expand or close the information box about a specific career counseling session. In the box, you can click on bottom right corner button to see additional details.
Career plan must exist for the employee.
