This activity is used to define sign off requirements on the work task step.
Following is a list of the sign off requirements that can be defined for work task:
Note: The person performing an independent sign off cannot by default be the same person who performed executor or inspector sign off. This is controlled by a setting in Object Properties. If the property value for the object property name SAME_SIGN_OFF_USER is set to TRUE, the same person can perform both the inspector and executor sign offs. If set to FALSE, the same person cannot sign off as both inspector and executor within a sign off chain (defined by the same grouping number).
On the Sign Off Requirement tab, there is a command to create sign off requirements specifically for work task step(s). Creating a sign off requirement directly in the table will connect this requirement to the work task itself. Each requirement line will indicate whether the requirement is for the work task (Task) or the work task step (Task Step).
As a result of this activity, sign off requirements are defined on the work task step.
