Create Bundle Task

 Explanation

Bundle tasks make similar and related tasks easier to handle and complete.You can create a Bundle Task from both the Work Tasks page and the Work Tasks-Services page. Simply select multiple Work Tasks and click Bundle in the header to create your Bundle Task.

When a Bundle Task is created, it receives the New status. On each Bundle Task you can enter a description, the maintenance organization and duration. You can also enter planned start and planned finish dates to indicate when the Bundle Task should be executed.

 

Prerequisites

• Sites and Maintenance organizations need to be defined and connected to each other. 
• Individual Tasks can fall under the parents of Work Order, Request Scope, Repair Work Scope and CRO. 
• Connection Types available are Equipment, Linear Asset, Tool,Category, VIM, Compatible Unit, Design Object and Work Package. 
• Cannot be transferred to mobile.
• For a task to be bundled, the status of a work task should be below Started. 

System Effects

As a result of this activity, Bundle Tasks with the status New is created.
