This activity is used to upload a document, eg. a report of a contractor or technician’s work, or copy/paste text to generate Work Order. This can be done via the Work Order Generator assistant.
The Upload Document selection opens a section to drag and drop or browse any documents if the information is in the PDF format.
The Enter Text Manually selection opens a section to paste if the information is in the text format. This option is especially useful if the work information is in a format other than that of a PDF, eg. Word or in a mail.
Structured and clear information of work details exists.
The uploaded or entered information is ready to be scanned for extraction. Click Next to proceed to the Analyze and Review step.
