Edit Work Order Suggestions 

Explanation

This activity is used to add, modify and validate the details in the list of Work Orders and Retrospective Work that was selected in the previous step.

The list of New Work Order can be edited to change or include the Directive, Entry Date,  Reported By, WO Site, Maintenance Organization, Object Site, Object ID, and Fault Description. Note that the Directive, WO Site and Maintenance Organization fields are mandatory.

The Connection Type can only be Equipment.

Likewise, the list of Retrospective Work can be edited to change or include the Directive, WO Site, Maintenance Organization, Object Site, Object ID, Actual Start, Actual Finish and Status. Note that the Directive, WO Site and Maintenance Organization fields are mandatory.

The Work Order status can be selected between Work Started and Work Done.

Users can add their own Work Order data and delete any suggested work orders if needed.

Prerequisites

Work Orders and Retrospective Work must be selected in the Analyze and Review step.

System Effects

All information is validated to ensure it is ready for generating work orders in the system upon clicking Finish.
