This activity is used to review the generated list of Work Orders and Retrospective Work.
After successfully selecting a PDF file or entering text in the Upload Document or Enter Text Manually step, clicking the Next button will prompt the system to analyze the input and generate work order suggestions. The user can then review and refine these suggestions in the Analyze and Review step.
An AI Work Order Report Summary is generated including the Date of Report, Owned By, Overview, Key Findings, Recommendations and Prioritization.
Two lists are extracted from the information provided:
AI Generated Work Order Suggestions: List of new Work Orders which can be selected if needed to be taken forward to the next steps.
AI Generated Retrospective Work Suggestions: List of Work that are completed or commenced which can be selected if needed to be taken forward to the next steps. The Status can also be changed into either of Work Done or Work Started in this step.
Note that only the selected work orders in this step will be processed for work order generation.
A Document Preview section shows a preview of the uploaded document before moving forward so the accuracy of the generated work order suggestion is cross checked.

The selected Work Order Suggestions and Retrospective Work Suggestions are taken forward to the next, Generate Work, step.
