Sync Work Task Objects Only

Explanation

Use this activity to explain what objects are initially synchronized to the mobile client if the Object delivery method is set as Batch. All the connected objects of the tasks, which are in a service technician’s device, are synchronized to the device in the event an assignment/task is pushed to the device (Pool task objects are not pushed. It was removed as part of performance improvements).

Prerequisites

• Device has to be online, and the user should be logged on
• Delivery method for entity EquipmentObject should be set as Batch
• The task which is transferred to mobile should have an object connected

System Effects

• Reference entities for EquipmentObject are also synced to the mobile device with the Object
