Use this activity to recall Work Assignments from mobile devices directly from the Dispatch Console. You can recall a single Work Assignment using the Work Assignment Card or multiple Work Assignments by accessing the Recall Work from Mobile Assistant through the Resource Card.
The Dispatch Console must be loaded with data, mainly Resources, and Work Tasks on the Work Task List and Gantt. The Tasks must be transferred to mobile, and the user should be a mobile user.
As a result of this activity a dialog will open on top of the Dispatch Console page displaying mobile transferred assignments for the selected resource.
