Connect User Access Group to Service Organization

Explanation

This activity is used to connect User Access Groups to Service Organizations. Users in Access Groups connected to a Service Organization are granted access to the relevant Service Organization, allowing them to view, edit, or delete its Requests and Request Tasks. 

Prerequisites

• User Access Group must be defined in Service Management/ Service Management Basic Data/Service Organization. 
• Service Organization must be defined. 

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a User Access Group will be connected to a Service Organization.
