Set KPI as Data Pending

Explanation

The Set KPI Status to Data Pending activity is used to revert the status of a KPI in the sustainability plan to "Data Pending". This action is necessary when data collection is required for more than one cycle for a KPI. Optionally, a comment can be added to provide the reason for reverting the status.

Prerequisites

• User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan.
• Plan Status: The plan must be in "Active" status.
• KPI Status: The KPI must be in "Data Authorized" status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity:

• The KPI status is updated to "Data Pending".
