Set KPI as Data Authorized

Explanation

The Set KPI Status to Authorized activity is used to update the status of a KPI in the sustainability plan to "Authorized" once the data is provided and the included measurements or qualitative comments are deemed satisfactory.

Prerequisites

• User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan or be the Authorizer of the KPI.
• Plan Status: The plan must be in "Active" status.
• KPI Status: The KPI must be in "Data Provided" status.

As a result of this activity:

The KPI status is updated to "Authorized".
