Cancel Sustainability Plan
Explanation
The Cancel Sustainability Plan activity is used to cancel the sustainability plan created, for instance, if it
was created in error.
Prerequisites
- User access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan.
- Plan Status: The plan must be in “Preliminary” or "Active" status.
- KPI Status: All KPIs, including linked KPIs and those related to each entity, must be in "Data
Pending” status.
- There should be no snapshots associated with the sustainability plan.
System Effects
- Once the plan is cancelled, it cannot be modified or restored, and all associated KPIs will be marked as
cancelled.
