Add Data Providers and Authorizers
Explanation
The Add Data Providers and Authorizers activity is used to assign responsibilities for providing and authorizing
data to different active users. This can be done in several ways:
- Using the Manage Data Providers and Authorizers dialog, users can define data providers and authorizers for
multiple KPIs by selecting options such as a single user for both main and linked KPIs or setting multiple users
for different entities.
- It is also possible to manually add data providers and authorizers by editing the KPI record.
Prerequisites
- Plan Status: The plan must be in "Preliminary" or "Active" status.
- KPI Status: The KPI must be in "Data Pending" status.
- User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan.
System Effects
As a result of this activity: Data providers and authorizers are added to the KPIs within the plan.
