Active Snapshot
Explanation
This activity is used to finalize and activate a sustainability plan
snapshot, indicating that it is ready for use and that measurements and data
can be read.
Prerequisites
- User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan.
- Snapshot Type: The snapshot must not be a preview-only snapshot.
- Snapshot Status: The snapshot must be in "Preliminary" or "Inactive"
status.
- Automated KPIs: All automated KPIs must have received calculated
values.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- The snapshot is set to "Active" status.
- Calculated measurements for Automated KPIs are visible in the
Sustainability Plan KPIs from the latest active snapshot.
