View RMA Package Part Stucture

Explanation

An RMA line can be created to return a package part. It is mandatory that this RMA line has a customer order connection. An RMA Package Part Structure is then created according to the structure of the delivered customer order line. This means that it is expected to return all components of the package part according to their original Qty/Assembly.

This RMA Package Part Structure page can be accessed from the package part RMA line and needs to be used to view the configuration of a configurable component, to scrap a component or simply for information purposes about e.g. the status of the component returns.

Prerequisites

• A package part has been delivered to the customer.
• The Customer Order No or Shipment ID is specified in the RMA header.
• An RMA line has been created for the package part (not separate RMA lines for each component).
