Enter Miscellaneous Data on Customer Schedule Agreement Part

Explanation

The Miscellaneous tab is used to indicate validity period and statistical storage for this particular part and agreement. By entering a number in the fields Old Plans/Calloffs To Keep, you will indicate how many schedules that should be stored for statistical purposes. For example, if the number five is entered only five superceded versions of the schedule will be stored.

The Cum Delivered Qty is the sum of deliveries made since last reset. This quantity will be used during schedule reconcile process when selected as reconcile option. It will be increased with each delivery. It will be decreased when a delivery is undone. It will not be decreased for RMAs as usually customers also don't decrease their Cum Received Qty then.

You can also enter a contact person in the field Customer Contact.

Prerequisites

A customer schedule agreement part header or a customer schedule agreement must have been created.

System Effects

As result of this entry, the customer schedule will act according to stated agreement terms. The conditions entered on the Miscellaneous tab will overrule any conditions stated on the customer schedule agreement for this particular part.
