• Fastest total shipping time:
  • Identify the "Ship-Via" method with the lowest Shipping Time, which is calculated as the sum of External Transport Lead Time (from Supply Chain Matrix), Picking Lead Time (from Supply Chain Matrix if not from Site → Warehouse Management).
• Least environmental impact:
  • Identify the "Ship-Via" method with the lowest Environmental Impact, which is calculated as the product of Total Weight (from Quotation Details), Distance (from Supply Chain Matrix), and Emission Factor.
  • Note: For the Environmental Impact Calculation, only the Greenhouse Gases (GHG) substance group will be considered.
• Frequently used in last 3 months:
  • Frequently used “Ship-Via” methods over the past three months, considering Id, Type and Address of both Sender and Receiver.

Note: Co-pilot will not answer questions related to Single occurrence addresses. Also, if the user selected multiple records on Sales Quotations page, it would not generate answers.
