Use this activity to connect an SLA Template to a Service Urgency. SLA template
can be selected from the drop down in the SLA Template field on the Service
urgency. Can only connect SLA Templates which have at least one Revision with
a Valid From Date. The associated SLA Template lines will automatically be added
to Requests, Request Scopes and Work Tasks associated with the contract line.
The SLA Details are applied according to
the following hierarchical priority order, where the lower value has the higher
priority.
The SLA Template should be defined in SLA Template basic data page.
An SLA Template will be connected to the Warranty.
