Use this activity to connect an SLA Template to a Contract Line Urgency. SLA
template can be selected from the drop down in the SLA Template field on the
contract line urgency. Can only connect SLA Templates which have at least one
Revision with a Valid From Date. If required, can specify the Revision of the
SLA Template. The associated SLA Template lines will automatically be added
to Requests, Request Scopes and Work Tasks associated with the contract line.
The SLA Details are applied according to
the following hierarchical priority order, where the lower value has the higher
priority.
