Add SLA Commitment/s
Explanation
This activity is used to add one or more
SLA Commitments manually. SLA Commitments can be manually added directly
onto a Request, Request Scope or a Request Work Task, and is in other words
the entity defined in the fulfillment criteria of the SLA Commitment.
Manually adding SLA Commitments can be done through an assistant directly from the Request Details page, the
Request Work Task
pages, as well as from the SLA Overview Assistant.
Prerequisites
- A Request must be created in order
to create SLA Commitments triggered or fulfilled by a Request.
- A Request Scope must be created
in order to create SLA Commitments triggered or fulfilled by a Request
Scope.
- A Request Work Task must be
created in order to create SLA Commitments triggered or fulfilled by a
Request Work Task.
System Effects
- An SLA Commitment will be created.
- The created SLA Commitment will
have status Planned if no due date is set.
- The created SLA Commitment will
have status Active if a due date is set.
