Save Warranty Assessment on Task
Explanation
This action saves a warranty assessment against the currently applied
customer warranty on the scope. The Warranty Assessment can be selected from
a predefined basic data list.
Prerequisites
- A customer warranty should be available on the scope.
- The Warranty Assessment should be available on the
Warranty Assessments Page.
System Effects
- The Warranty Assessment is saved against the Request Work Task.
- Disconnecting the customer warranty from the scope and/or closing
the customer warranty on the service object can happen according to the
settings saved on the selected Warranty Assessment.
