Explanation

This activity is used to view and define default processes for business opportunity and lead. It is also used to define priority values for the attributes which control the selection of default process for a business opportunity or a lead. The default process is retrieved when a new business opportunity or a lead is created.

At least one CRM process must exist.

System Effects

A default sales process for business opportunity is defined for a combination of attributes. Similarly, a default qualification process for lead is defined with its attributes. The attributes are given different points depending on the priority.
