Finish Scan Delivery Note Assistant
Explanation
In this final step an Incoming Dispatch Advice is created.
As the step of creating an “Automatic Receipt” is optional, the Incoming
Dispatch Advice can also be created after steps “Scan Delivery Note
Document”, “Edit scanned delivery note header” or “Edit scanned delivery
note lines”.
Prerequisites
The following header information is mandatory to finish
the assistant and create an Incoming Dispatch Advice:
- Delivery Note No
- Sender ID
- Actual Ship Date
The following line information is mandatory to finish
the assistant and create an Incoming Dispatch Advice:
- Source Ref 1 .. 3
- Part No
- Part Description
- Dispatch Source Qty
System Effects
- As a result of this activity, an Incoming Dispatch Advice is
created. Its status is “Created” and it is marked as “Scanned”
- If you have chosen to create a Receipt:
- The Incoming Dispatch Advice created for the scanned delivery
note will be processed and receives status “Arrived”
- Receipt(s) are created for the Delivery Note Lines.
- According to the receive case those receipt(s) will be in status
“To be Received”, “To be Inspected” or “Received”
- Purchase Order Line(s) will be processed to “Arrived”,
“Received” or “Closed”
