To scan a Delivery Note file (e.g. pdf, bmp, jpg, png), open the assistant "Scan Delivery Note". Site is preset with the user’s default site and Received by shows the current user ID.
Site: The site is automatically displayed and is the default site to which the user is connected in Sites per User. The site can be changed manually or by using the List of Values. It can be chosen between sites that are connected to the user ID in Sites per User.
Received by: The identification of the person responsible for coordinating the receipt of goods. The Received by ID is automatically filled with the current user ID, but can be changed manually if needed.
Access rights for "Scan Delivery Note" assistant are granted to current user.
Site and Received by are defined for which the delivery note will be scanned in the next step. To continue, select the file to scan.
