Merge Potential Change Order

Explanation

This activity is applicable only to SOW Change Orders that have been created as Potential Change Orders (PCOs).

Prerequisites

The SOW Change Order must be in the Approved to Merge status.

System Effects

• SOW items within the Potential Change Order will be merged into the selected new or existing SOW Change Order.
• The status of the Potential Change Order will be updated to Merged.
