Enter Schedule of Work Item Templates

Explanation

This activity is used to create Schedule of Work Item Templates that can be reused across multiple Schedules of Work. The item templates are defined per quantity and include all necessary information as item lines and details specified in the Schedule of Work. Reusing predefined items and details enhances efficiency.

It is also possible to create an item template directly from an existing Schedule of Work Item line by selecting the item and using the Create New Item Template command under Schedule of Work Items. .

Prerequisites

• A company must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, it will be possible to:

• Available item templates will be listed under the Item Template ID field in the Schedule of Work Item lines for the company associated with the Schedule of Work.
• Add an item line by selecting the Template command group in Schedule of Work Items, and then selecting New Items using Template or Update Item using Template.
