Enter Schedule of Work Defaults

Explanation

This activity is used to define default values that will be used when creating a new Schedule of Work. These defaults are defined per company and help establish the initial Schedule of Work.

It is mandatory to enter a SOW Type in the Production section to be used for a Schedule of Work Production and to allow Work Progress Tracking.

The default values can be updated later based on your preferences.

Prerequisites

• A company must exist.
• Forecast Types to be used as SOW Types must have been enabled on the Schedule Of Work Type page.

System Effects

As a result of this activity:

• The data that has been entered as defaults will be fetched into the Schedule of Work when created.
• The SOW Type defined in under Production, will be used when creating the Schedule of Work Production.
