Predefined page prompts

Request for Order Quotation page includes predefined prompts to guide users in creating relevant queries. These prompts are not part of the IFS.ai Copilot itself but are integrated with the Request for Order Quotation page. They work as reminders of the available queries and use cases that the Copilot can assist with.

Recommend suppliers based on previous purchased quantity within last year - Identify 10 suppliers for upcoming purchases based on quantities from historical purchase order receipts over the past 12 months.

Suppliers are ranked in descending order, from highest to lowest total quantity supplied, specific to the selected part and site. When calculating and sorting by quantity, the quoted purchase unit of measure will be taken into account to ensure accurate comparison.

Recommend suppliers based on pricing of answered quotations within last year -Recommend 10 suppliers for upcoming purchases based on unit price submitted in past quotations from the last 12 months.

Suppliers will be ranked in ascending order, from the lowest to highest unit price, specific to the selected part and site. The unit price will be considered per purchase unit of measure (Purch UoM) mentioned in Request for Order Quotation.

Recommend suppliers based on perfect order percentage of order lines arrived within last year - Highlight 10 reliable suppliers based on perfect order delivery performance.

The Perfect Order Delivery Percentage is calculated as follows: Perfect Order Percentage = (Number of Perfect Order Lines ÷ Total Delivered Order Lines) × 100

This metric provides a clear measure of supplier reliability in fulfilling orders accurately and on time.

Recommend suppliers based on timely deliveries percentage of order lines arrived within last year - Highlight 10 reliable suppliers in timely deliveries.

The Timely Delivery Percentage is calculated as follows:

 Timely Delivery Percentage = ((Number of On-Time Deliveries + Early Deliveries) ÷ Total Delivered Order Lines) × 100

This metric helps assess supplier reliability in meeting or exceeding expected delivery timelines.

Recommend suppliers based on quality percentage of order lines arrived within last year - Recommend 10 reliable suppliers based on quality products delivery. The Quality Percentage is calculated as:

Quality Percentage = (Number of Damage-Free Order Lines ÷ Total Delivered Order Lines) × 100

Recommend suppliers with lowest carbon emissions - Identify and suggest 10 suppliers who have the lowest Carbon emissions.

Carbon emission value from Supplier for Purchase part->Emissions ->Total Emission Value will be considered in ranking. Hence, the unit of measure for emission value will always be kgCO2e.

Recommend suppliers based on rating and pricing of answered quotations within last year -

The prompt will recommend 10 suppliers, sorted by unit price (per quoted purchase UOM) and rating, based on historical quotations from the past 12 months. The rating from Supplier ->SRM ->Rating and Evaluations->Ratings will be considered here.
