Replan Maintenance Order

Explanation

This activity is used to replan the earliest start and/or latest finish dates of the maintenance order. If an entire maintenance visit is decided to be performed at an earlier or a later date than initially planned, the maintenance order can be moved to the new required dates and, at the same time, the planned execution logic structure (ELS) connected to it will be moved without having to regenerate the ELS. When setting the new planned dates for the task cards, execution logic orders (ELOs) and grouping nodes, the work time calendar for the maintenance organization associated with the workshop is applied in the time zone of the workshop’s site. This ensures that the ELS replanning is carried out in the time zone where the work will be performed. Since the calendar is applied based on the workshop site’s time zone, it is highly recommended to set the user's working time zone to match the site’s time zone before running the Replan Maintenance Order option.

To perform this activity, Select the Replan Maintenance Order option from Execution Logic Structure Gantt page. In the Replan Maintenance Order dialog enter the date and time the maintenance visit is required to start and finish. If you want to reset the entire ELS back to how it was default generated, but based on the changed dates in the Earliest Start and Latest Finish fields in this dialog, enable the Reset the Execution Logic option.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, a maintenance order in the Under Preparation status must exist.
