System Effects
As a result of this activity:

increased. If the reported scrap exceeds the planned scrap given the
defined scrap factor, the supply quantity for the line will be
decreased.
- A manufacturing material history record will be created to
record the scrap event.
- An inventory transaction history OPFEED-SCP transaction is created.
- If the scrap is recorded against a serial number, a part serial
record will be created on the Part Serial page
and the serial number
will be unreserved from the shop order.
- If a lot/batch number was reserved for the co-product line, the
scrapping will be recorded on the
Part
Lot Batch
page.
