The Maintenance Change Requests View & Manage feature enables seamless search, filtering, and visualization of maintenance change requests across multiple fields, improving analysis and decision-making.
Maintenance Change Requests are managed and tracked through the Maintenance Change Request Actions page, where search capabilities provide detailed insights into individual requests. The Maintenance Change Request Actions page displays essential information related to each request, ensuring comprehensive tracking and management. From the Maintenance Change Request page, selecting the Impacted command in the Maintenance Origin List section under the Actions tab opens a dropdown that navigates to the respective impacted maintenance areas overview pages (PM Actions, Objects, Work Task Templates, PM Programs, or FMECA). This allows an in-depth view of how a specific item and process class combination is affected by a selected Maintenance Change Request action.
Additionally, selecting the Details command in the Maintenance Action List section under the Actions tab provides access to maintenance change request action details, offering a clear view of how maintenance adjustments align with operational requirements.
