View Media

Explanation

Use this activity to view a media attachment in IFS Notify Me. You can access media attached to the notification from the Attachment icon in the Detail view.
A badge on the icon indicates the number of attachments available.

Prerequisites

To access media attachments,

• The user must have the necessary media and attachment permissions.
• The original record in IFS Cloud must include a media attachment for that notification record.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, you can view media attachment included with the notification in IFS Notify Me.
