Send Notification Email

Explanation

Use this activity to send an email to a coworker for a notification. You can see the person icon in the IFS Notify Me app, and you can email by tapping on the user's name in the Notification List view and selecting the Email option.

Prerequisites

To see a user's Email address,

• Ensure that the relevant data is set up for the employee in HCM (Human Capital Management).

System Effects

As a result of this activity, you can send an email to a coworker directly from IFS Notify Me.
