Select User's Name

Explanation

Use this activity to select a user's name in IFS Notify Me for a notification. You can see the person icon in the IFS Notify Me app. By clicking the person icon, you can select a user's name.

Prerequisites

To see a user's name,

• Ensure the relevant data is set up for the employee in HCM (Human Capital Management).

System Effects

As a result of this activity, you can access additional information such as the phone number and email address of the person who created the notification.
