Enter Notes

Explanation

Use this activity to enter notes for a notification. You can access it by clicking on the More button (...) on the Notification's Detail View of the IFS Notify Me app.

Prerequisites

To be able to enter a note,

• Ensure that the notification type being used supports the addition of notes.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the entered note will be sent to IFS Cloud for the specific notification and stored on the corresponding record in IFS Cloud.
