Enable Grant for Each Notification

Explanation

Use this activity to enable grants for each notification you intend to use in IFS Notify Me. You need to enable the following grants for each notification type:

Absence Request

• AbsenceRequest
• AbsenceRequest.Approve
• AbsenceRequest.Reject

Expenses

• Expense
• Expense.Approve
• Expense.Authorize

Purchase Requisition Lines

• PurchaseRequisitionLine
• PurchaseRequisitionLine.Authorize
• PurchaseRequisitionLine.Reject

Purchase Orders

• PurchaseOrder
• PurchaseOrder.Authorize
• PurchaseOrder.Reject

Purchase Order Change Order

• PurchaseOrderChangeOrder
• PurchaseOrderChangeOrder.Authorize
• PurchaseOrderChangeOrder.Reject

Supplier Invoices

• SupplierInvoice
• SupplierInvoice.Acknowledge
