Enterprise Registration at Helplightining Company
Explanation
Use this activity to register an enterprise for Remote Assistance with
the third-party vendor Help Lightning. To complete this, select the
Register button on the Remote Assistance/Configuration
page.
After registering the enterprise, the following options become available:
- Update: Use this option to update the Webhook URL.
- Deactivate Enterprise: Use this option to deactivate the current enterprise. Once deactivated, all existing options are disabled, and the
Activate Enterprise button becomes available to reactivate the enterprise.
- Workspace Settings: Use this option to navigate to
the workspace settings page in the Help Lightning application, where you
can manage workspace settings.
- Post DB-Clone Setup: Use this option for the Post
DB-Clone Cleanup action when you have cloned an environment with remote
assistance and need to get it working in the cloned environment.

Note: The options Deactivate Enterprise,
Activate Enterprise, and Workspace Settings
are enabled only if the logged-in IFS user is added to Remote Assistance as
a Workspace Admin.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a remote assistance enterprise has been
created and ready for use.
