Explanation

Use this activity to register an enterprise for Remote Assistance with the third-party vendor Help Lightning. To complete this, select the Register button on the Remote Assistance/Configuration page.

After registering the enterprise, the following options become available:

Note: The options Deactivate Enterprise, Activate Enterprise, and Workspace Settings are enabled only if the logged-in IFS user is added to Remote Assistance as a Workspace Admin.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a remote assistance enterprise has been created and ready for use.
