Enable Sync Traces

Use this activity to enable sync traces on the server for a single mobile app, user, or device. This is useful when troubleshooting synchronization problems. To do this, click the required app name to activate the action buttons. Then, select the Edit/Device Settings command and enter information on Additional Device Information. You can access this feature from the Installed Apps Details page or the Installed Apps/Devices page.
