Disable Traces
Use this activity to disable sync traces on the server for all, selected, or specific mobile apps/users/devices.
There are three ways to do this,
- For a single device: Select the app name, then choose the Edit/Device
Settings button. Toggle Sync Traces off to perform this activity. You can make these
adjustments on the Installed App Details page.
If you use the Installed Apps/Devices page, select the app name/user/device to activate
the action buttons, then choose the Edit/Device Settings button. Toggle Sync
Traces off to perform this activity.
- For multiple devices: Select multiple app names/users/devices to activate the action
buttons, then choose the Disable Sync Trace button. You can make these adjustments on the
Installed Apps/Devices page.
- For all devices: Select the app name to activate the action buttons, then choose the
Disable Sync Trace button. You can make these adjustments on the
Applications page.

Prerequisites
- Sync Traces must be enabled.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, no sync traces are updated on the Synchronization Traces
page.
