Create Users
Explanation
Use this activity to create users for Remote Assistance on the
Users page.
When setting up roles for Remote Assistance users:
- Workspace Admin: Assign this role to one user who
will manage Remote Assistance and access additional options on the
Remote Assistance Configuration page.
- User: Assign this role to all other users who will
use Remote Assistance without administrative privileges.

Prerequisites
- Enterprise is registered with the third-party vendor Help Lightning.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, users are created with the ability to use
Remote Assistance.
