Use this activity to check mobile logs. You can access this feature on
the Logs page. Each time a synchronization event occurs for
a mobile user/device or app, a log record is created. The log information
can be categorized as Info, Warning, or
Error.
You can view the logs related to a sync task to get detailed information about the synchronization process. The user/device logs show when processing started and finished for each entity in the sync task. This helps you troubleshoot if custom changes to a database entity affect synchronization. For example, if changes increase processing time for a specific entity, compared to other elements in the sync task.
Configure the system to log instances where a single entity sync takes more than "x" seconds to complete. Set this threshold on the System Parameters page. This setting provides additional visibility into synchronization issues related to an entity and any associated customizations.
In addition, check the Logs for a message with the comment push data found. This confirms that an out message has been generated for the mobile app user or device.
